How do I place an order?+
You can place an order by visiting our shop, calling/WhatsApping us at +91 98996 36708, or filling the contact form on our website. Share your requirements and we'll send you a quote within 30 minutes.
What information do I need to provide for an order?+
We need the type of product, quantity, size, any design references or your logo/content, and your delivery deadline. The more detail you share, the faster we can give you an accurate quote.
Do you provide design service or do I need to send my own design?+
Both options are available! Our in-house designers can create your design from scratch, or you can send your ready-to-print design file. Design charges may apply for new designs.
How many design revisions are included?+
We include up to 2 free design revisions. Additional revisions beyond this may incur a small charge depending on the complexity of changes required.
⏰ Delivery & Timing
What is the normal delivery time?+
Delivery time depends on the product: Visiting cards/stickers – 24–48 hours. T-shirts/mugs – 2–4 days. Banners/signage – 2–5 days. Wedding cards/bulk – 3–7 days. Rush orders are also available for most products.
Do you offer same-day or urgent printing?+
Yes! We offer urgent/same-day printing for most products. Rush order charges apply. Please contact us as early as possible for urgent orders.
Do you deliver to my location?+
Yes, we offer delivery via courier. Delivery charges depend on location and order size. You can also pick up your order from our shop during working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 8 PM).

How much does it cost?+
Prices vary by product, quantity, and size. Contact us for a free quote β€” we promise competitive prices. For reference: visiting cards start from β‚Ή299/100pcs, T-shirts from β‚Ή199/piece, banners from β‚Ή25/sq.ft.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash, all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer/NEFT, and online payment links. GST invoice provided on request.
Do you require an advance payment?+
Yes, we require a minimum 50% advance payment to start work. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of delivery.
Do you offer bulk discounts?+
Absolutely! The larger the quantity, the better the price per unit. Contact us with your bulk requirements and we'll give you the best possible quote.

What file format should I send for printing?+
For best results, send PDF (print-ready) or high-resolution JPG/PNG (300 DPI minimum). AI, PSD, and CDR files are also accepted. If you're unsure, just share what you have and we'll guide you.
What is the print quality like?+
We use professional-grade printing machines that deliver sharp, vibrant, and accurate color prints. We use premium inks and quality materials for all our products.
Do colors on screen match the printed output?+
Screen colors (RGB) can vary slightly from printed colors (CMYK). We work in CMYK for print jobs and provide color samples on request. For critical color matching, please discuss with us before printing.
