1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with A to Z Graphics & Designing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Order Process
- All orders must be confirmed in writing (WhatsApp/email/in-person).
- A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to begin work.
- Final payment must be made before delivery of finished goods.
- Order confirmation is subject to design approval by the client.
3. Design Approval
- Clients are responsible for proofreading all content before approving designs.
- Once design is approved and printing has begun, no changes can be made.
- We are not responsible for errors in content approved by the client.
- Up to 2 free design revisions are included. Additional revisions may be charged.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable.
- Prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation.
- Payment accepted via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online payment.
- Rush order charges may apply for urgent deliveries.
5. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically committed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
- Shop pickup is available during working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 8 PM).
- Delivery charges may apply for courier/home delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
- Clients confirm they own or have rights to all content/logos provided for printing.
- We are not responsible for copyright infringement in client-provided artwork.
- We retain rights to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
7. Cancellation
- Orders cancelled after design approval will forfeit the design charges.
- Orders cancelled after printing has started cannot be refunded.
- Advance payments for cancelled orders (before printing) may be partially refunded after deducting design costs.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
