1. Our Quality Commitment
At A to Z Graphics & Designing, we take great pride in the quality of our printing and design work. We thoroughly check every order before delivery. However, if you receive a product that doesn't meet the agreed specifications, we will make it right.
2. When Refunds/Reprints Are Applicable
You are eligible for a full reprint or refund in the following cases:
- Printing Error: If the print quality is significantly different from what was agreed (wrong colors, blurry print, missing elements).
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Manufacturing Defect: Torn, damaged, or defective products due to our fault.
- Our Design Error: If we made a mistake in the design that was different from the approved proof.
3. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
- Errors in content (spelling, grammar, phone numbers) that were present in the client-approved design proof.
- Color variations due to screen vs. print differences (minor variations are normal).
- Change of mind after printing has started or completed.
- Issues arising from low-resolution artwork provided by the client.
- Orders where the client collected and used the product.
4. How to Raise a Complaint
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share photos/videos of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
- Keep the original product — do not dispose of it before resolution.
- We will assess the issue and respond within 24 hours.
5. Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
- Free Reprint: We reprint the order at no additional cost (preferred option).
- Partial Refund: If a reprint is not feasible, we offer a partial refund.
- Full Refund: In cases of major errors fully attributable to us, a full refund will be processed.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer/cash as applicable).
